QA Analyst – Training Provided, ISO Audit, Quality Assurance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated QA Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The role is entry‑level and includes full training, focusing on ISO audits, quality assurance and process improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and lead process improvement and quality initiatives.
• Plan, facilitate and execute internal, customer, supplier or certification audits.
• Ensure corrective actions are robust, sustainable and maintain certifications.
• Collect and analyse data from audits, feedback and process evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers, suppliers and external regulatory bodies.
• Train employees on continuous improvement techniques and the quality management system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates welcomed; training will be provided.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• AWS (basic familiarity).
