QA Engineer – Electronics Manufacturing (Loyang Area)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive QA Engineer to oversee quality assurance for printed wiring board (PWB) production in our Loyang manufacturing facility. You will act as the primary liaison for customer quality concerns and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage QA procedures and serve as the main point of contact for customer service accounts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve customer complaints through root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure testing, inspection, and product compliance with IPC and customer‑specific requirements.
• Maintain quality records in line with internal QMS and ISO 9001 standards.
• Prepare high‑quality reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Identify recurring quality issues and lead corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits and support audit readiness.
• Provide QA training to new hires and support NPI validation activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of PWB manufacturing process flow.
• Entry‑level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Ability to work five days a week on‑site in the Loyang area.
