QA Engineer – Up to $3,500, AWS Bonus, Tuas

About the role

We are seeking a Junior QA Engineer to join a well‑established US medical and healthcare packaging manufacturing MNC in Tuas, Singapore. You will work a standard Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality products for our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and testing on raw materials, in‑process items, and finished goods.
• Ensure products meet required specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitor production processes, identify potential defects, and support corrective actions.
• Investigate product defects, conduct root‑cause analysis and assist with CAPA implementation.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve day‑to‑day quality issues.
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports and QA documentation.
• Support customer complaint investigations and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Assist with internal and external quality audits.
• Prepare basic quality trend reports for management review.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce defects.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline, Manufacturing or Quality Management.
• At least 1 year of experience in QA/QC.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection, root‑cause analysis, CAPA and problem‑solving techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and quality standards.
