QEHS Engineer

About the role

Join Festo as a QEHS Engineer, responsible for championing quality, environmental sustainability, workplace safety and health standards across our operations in Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Develop, implement and monitor QEHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits and inspections to identify improvement areas.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide training and awareness programmes on safety and environmental practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive QEHS initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of QEHS regulations and ISO standards.
• Experience in auditing, compliance and risk management.
• Excellent communication, project management and problem‑solving abilities.
