Quality Assurance Inspector – Level 2

About the role

Honeywell is seeking a Level 2 Quality Assurance Inspector to join its Joo Koon site in Singapore. You will support production by performing incoming, cell, final, and first‑article inspections, ensuring that all components meet strict aerospace and machining standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Incoming Quality, Cell Quality, Final Inspection, and First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102.
• Perform CMM measurements and use various precision measuring tools.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Assist Quality Engineers with reject containment, rejection analysis, and quality improvement plans.
• Raise non‑conformance notifications (QN) and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC certificate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the machining industry.
• Familiarity with CMM equipment and precision measurement tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing teams.
