Quality Assurance Manager – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality, food safety and regulatory compliance programmes within a manufacturing environment. You will ensure that our products meet customer requirements, industry standards and legal regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality and food safety systems across the plant.
• Monitor compliance with customer specifications, food safety standards and relevant regulations.
• Lead internal and external audits, manage corrective actions and drive root‑cause investigations.
• Collaborate with production, R&D and supply‑chain teams to embed quality best practices.
• Report performance metrics to senior management and recommend improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance or food safety within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, regulatory requirements and customer compliance.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage audit processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
