Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems for SPEMOCEAN’s offshore oil and gas services. Based in Singapore, this full‑time, on‑site position ensures compliance with industry standards, client requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain QA policies and procedures aligned with ISO and HSE regulations.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, analyse performance data and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with operational and project teams to review documentation, reports and quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with external auditors and clients on quality matters and ensure timely resolution of non‑conformities.
• Lead training and awareness initiatives to foster a strong quality and safety culture.

Required profile

• Strong experience in quality management systems within offshore oil and gas or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage internal audits and implement corrective actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field; professional certifications in quality or auditing are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Singapore and travel to offshore or regional locations when required.
