Quality Assurance Technician

About the role

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for performing final and in‑process inspections, audits, and product returns to ensure that all builds meet customer specifications, ISO standards, and internal quality requirements. The role operates largely independently in a clean‑room environment with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct random, scheduled and unscheduled audits to verify conformance to customer specifications, technical drawings, and company procedures.
• Perform root‑cause analyses on material returns, reviewing documentation and interviewing staff to identify defects or process breakdowns.
• Maintain logs and data on quality metrics, non‑conformances, supplier information, and trend analyses.
• Prepare and submit product return documentation to suppliers and monitor corrective‑action responses.
• Assist in developing and maintaining ISO system documentation, including work instructions and departmental policies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant quality assurance or inspection experience.
• High school education; electronics/IT hardware study preferred.
• Ability to work in a clean‑room environment with ESD protection and occasional overtime.
• Strong attention to detail, data‑entry accuracy, and basic mathematical skills.

Required skills
