Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will lead supplier and material quality initiatives within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment in Singapore. You will ensure that all incoming and outgoing products meet stringent quality standards and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full supplier management process, including onboarding, evaluation, qualification, audits, and quality agreement reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance and collaborate to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Support new supplier and material qualification, ensuring documentation completeness and compliance with specifications.
• Work with procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing teams to resolve material quality issues, manage SCARs, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain incoming and outgoing inspection standards, close CAPAs, non‑conformance reports, and customer complaints.
• Lead Material Review Board meetings, conduct root‑cause analysis, and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Control ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 documentation and prepare for audits and certification reviews.
• Plan and follow up on internal, external, and customer audits, driving system enhancements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling audits and ISO documentation in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 22301).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 22301.
• Experience using PFMEA, Control Plans, and Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) tools.
• Ability to manage supplier quality processes and conduct root‑cause analysis.

What we offer

• Monthly base salary SGD 3,500‑4,000 (experience‑based).
• 13th month bonus and variable performance bonus.
• Standard working hours Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:30.
