Quality Engineer (QA/QC)

About the role

The Quality Engineer will drive quality performance and continuous improvement across Exentec Facility Services operations in Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Global Quality Manager, the role partners with Operations, Engineering, EHS and customers to ensure compliance, mitigate risks and enhance operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of quality processes across Facility Services operations in Southeast Asia.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS and other functions to identify risks, conduct root‑cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collect, analyse and report quality and operational performance data, preparing clear updates for management.
• Participate in site assessments, audits and improvement projects, sharing best practices across the region.
• Provide stakeholder support, including customer interactions related to quality performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, operations or facilities management within critical environments such as semiconductor, data centre, pharmaceutical or life‑science sectors.
• Proven experience leading root‑cause investigations, CAPA implementation and internal audits.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
