Quality Executive – Aerospace Logistics

About the role

The Quality Executive will support the Material & Services branch in Singapore by ensuring aeronautical components meet regulatory and company standards. This role bridges logistics, inspection, and quality control to guarantee airworthiness and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual and physical inspections of components and verify documentation from repair vendors or customers.
• Manage system reception, technical control, recording, archiving, and discrepancy handling for components.
• Report suspected unapproved parts to Quality Engineering and the manager.
• Ensure all activities comply with airworthiness requirements.
• Handle system scrap reception and analyse exchange proposals from repair vendors.
• Update component counters in the system and perform specific checks on serviceable/unserviceable parts.
• Prepare for internal QEHS audits and participate in quality/supply‑chain development projects.
• Support job rotation schemes as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in an Aerospace or Aviation discipline (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in the aerospace sector.
• Strong awareness of compliance and safety risks.
• Ability to work with internal teams in France and Singapore and external vendors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using SAP for logistics and quality processes.
