Quality Executive – Facilities Management

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Executive to support the Quality Management function within our Facilities Management Centre. The role involves conducting independent quality assurance and control audits on completed works and services, and preparing comprehensive audit reports.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled independent QA and QC audit checks on completed projects and services.
• Prepare and submit timely audit reports based on documentation and site inspections.
• Track and close corrective and preventive actions, highlighting red‑flag and systemic issues.
• Support external audits in accordance with contract requirements.
• Report directly to the QA Manager on all quality management matters.

Required profile

• Recognized Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, WSH or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in facilities management, quality management systems, ISO standards or workplace safety and health (WSH).
