Quality Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead total quality management across production and R&D functions for a leading Food & Beverage manufacturer in the APAC region. You will be responsible for establishing robust quality assurance and food safety systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance and food safety systems such as HACCP, ISO and GMP.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal, supplier and customer audits, and manage corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes to guarantee consistent product quality and safety.
• Investigate quality issues, complaints and non‑conformances, providing root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on process improvements and new product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Operations, Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality roles within F&B manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and relevant regulatory standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
