Quantity Surveyor – 5.5 Days/Week – Toa Payoh

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to support its construction and telecom projects across Singapore. Working 5.5 days a week from the Toa Payoh office, you will be involved in the full tender cycle, contract administration and cost estimation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pre‑tender and post‑tender documentation.
• Source and evaluate sub‑contractors and suppliers.
• Verify claims, administer contracts and maintain project documentation.
• Review and draft agreements with sub‑contractors/suppliers.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Draft shop drawings and as‑built drawings.
• Assist with administrative paperwork.
• Prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders and final account statements.
• Measure quantities and produce cost estimates.
• Liaise with managers, team members, customers, sub‑contractors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in quantity take‑off and vendor liaison.
• Good knowledge of Singapore tendering processes and contract terms.
• Familiarity with Singapore Telecommunications standards and compliance requirements.
