Quantity Surveyor – Construction & FM Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. You will play a key role in managing costs, tender processes, and contract administration for construction, A&A, and facilities management projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and pricing strategies.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings for risk and compliance.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Manage post‑tender clarifications and contract award documentation.
• Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and payment processes.
• Prepare and evaluate progress claims, payment responses, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory requirements such as the SOP Act.
• Support dispute resolution and contract negotiations when required.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
• Experience in tendering and contract administration for construction, A&A, or FM projects.
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA, NEC).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
