Quantity Surveyor – Construction & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our property management team in Singapore. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing tender processes, and overseeing contracts for maintenance‑related works across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgetary, pre‑quotation and pre‑tender cost estimates for addition & alteration (A&A) works and other maintenance services.
• Draft, review and amend specifications for quotation and tender exercises, and submit documents for authority approval.
• Coordinate site visits, briefings and address contractor queries during tendering.
• Verify and evaluate quotations, including star‑rate items, and recommend approvals.
• Review maintenance requirements for new or renewed contracts and incorporate them into tender specifications.
• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring documentation and compliance.
• Settle final accounts with contractors within two months of contract expiry.
• Review and certify progress payments, monitor expenditure against budgets, and prepare maintenance budgets for financial planning.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, tendering and procurement.
