Quantity Surveyor – Interior Design Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our interior design team in Singapore. The role involves managing project costs from tender to final account, ensuring budgets are met while supporting the design and construction process.

Key responsibilities

• Attend tender interviews and site visits to gather project information.
• Prepare and analyse cost estimates for tenders.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders and final project accounts.
• Source quotations for trade works, conduct price comparisons and cost analysis.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure construction stays within projected costs.
• Verify variation claims and payments.
• Analyse project outcomes and produce detailed progress reports.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of contract administration and tender procedures is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
