Quantity Surveyor

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Senoko. The role involves managing project costs, preparing budgets, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Provide project costing and carry out budgetary control.
- Handle monthly progress claims and final claims.
- Manage all relevant administration and documentation for each project.
- Prepare tenders, perform measurement and estimation for earthwork, civil engineering and A&A projects.
- Take off quantities, compile RFQs, submit quotations and related documentation.
- Perform any other Quantity Surveyor‑related tasks as required.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building or Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills with clients to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, with meticulous and analytical approach.
- Willingness to work on‑site in the Senoko area.
