Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to support metro power supply system projects in Singapore. The role involves contract administration, cost control, procurement support, progress claims, variation management and commercial coordination to ensure project costs and contractual matters are properly managed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of project contracts, sub‑contracts and commercial documents, reviewing terms, scope and specifications.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and expenditures; prepare cost reports, forecasts and budget tracking records.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, verify subcontractor and supplier claims, and follow up on payment status.
• Support the preparation, submission and negotiation of variation orders, measuring additional works and maintaining related documentation.
• Assist in quantity take‑off, cost estimation, tender pricing and procurement activities, including sourcing and quotation analysis.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract administration or commercial management for construction, infrastructure or railway projects.
