Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support a wide range of construction, interior fit‑out and façade projects across Singapore. You will play a key role in cost management, from tender preparation through to final account settlement, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs based on drawings and specifications.
• Source, evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop project budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage subcontract administration, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Assist in procurement and material purchasing activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on commercial matters.
• Support tender submissions and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction, interior fit‑out or façade projects.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction industry practices and contract administration.
• Experience in tendering, budgeting, variation claims and final accounts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
