Quantity Surveyor – Jurong Island (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on Jurong Island. You will be responsible for preparing and verifying accurate quantity measurements from construction drawings to support progress claims, variation orders and final accounts for power‑plant and EPC projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take‑offs from approved, revised, shop and as‑built drawings.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documents to identify discrepancies.
• Measure completed works in line with contract requirements.
• Develop measurement sheets for interim payment applications, variation orders and final accounts.
• Update take‑offs to reflect design revisions, site instructions and approved changes.
• Quantify additional or omitted works and compile documentation for variation evaluation.
• Verify and reconcile quantities submitted by subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain organized records of all quantity data for commercial use.
• Coordinate with project teams, site engineers and commercial departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing monthly progress claims and final account submissions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years post‑contract quantity surveying experience in power‑plant, EPC, civil‑engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience measuring and valuing civil‑structural and architectural works.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications and construction methodologies.
• Willingness to work on Jurong Island.
