Quantity Surveyor & Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor and Project Coordinator to manage cost control, procurement and contract administration for construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule and to the required quality standards while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations and tender documents based on project drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and cost analysis, and monitor project expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate activities with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, evaluating suppliers and tracking deliveries.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, meeting minutes and schedule updates.
• Handle variation orders, claims, contract administration and final account preparation.
• Support project planning, resource allocation and overall execution.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, project coordination or related construction/engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, procurement and contract administration.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
