R&D Lab Technician – ICPMS & GCMS

About the role

The R&D Lab Technician will support laboratory start‑up and ongoing operations within Pall Corporation’s Global R&D organization in Singapore. You will work closely with Lab Scientists and Engineers to ensure analytical equipment is installed, qualified, and ready for research and product development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Install, hook‑up, commission, and qualify new and existing analytical instruments.
• Perform method transfer and sustain equipment performance for ICP‑MS, GC‑MS, non‑volatile residue testing, and ion chromatography.
• Execute analytical, functional, and performance tests to support R&D development, product characterization, and qualification.
• Maintain high data integrity and ensure timely sample turnaround.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scale laboratory capabilities for new product introductions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in R&D or product development.
• Hands‑on experience operating ICP‑MS, GC‑MS, non‑volatile residue testing equipment, and ion chromatography.
