Real Estate Project Management Analyst – APAC

About the role

ByteDance’s Real Estate & Facilities team is looking for an APAC Real Estate Project Management Analyst to support workplace projects across the region. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from defining requirements to delivering fit‑out works, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end workplace projects, including budgeting, design coordination, procurement and construction delivery.
• Collaborate with IT, Physical Security, Admin and Food Services to gather requirements and translate them into design and delivery plans.
• Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, risk management and coordination with consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Help with cost tracking, basic commercial analysis and procurement processes.
• Participate in project closeout activities such as punch‑list tracking, handover coordination and documentation compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• Strong interest in workplace design, construction and real‑estate project management; internship experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and work under tight timelines.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
