Real Estate Project Manager - APJ

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Real Estate Project Manager for the APJ region, working onsite from an HPE office in Singapore. The role leads a team in a metro area or country to plan and implement real estate strategies such as site relocations, acquisitions, downsizing and reconfigurations, and acts as a subject matter expert advising HPE's businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team to plan and implement real estate strategies and scenarios, including site relocations, acquisitions, downsizing and reconfigurations
• Interpret data and real estate planning analyses, check for inconsistencies, present findings and propose solutions to function leadership and site management
• Manage vendor relationships across multiple metro areas or a country, including brokerage vendors in simple lease negotiations
• Manage relationships with real estate providers and implement low-complexity transactions such as lease acquisitions or dispositions
• Manage several small to moderate projects (about 100K to 2 million USD each), including facility upgrades, and coordinate employee relocations before and after projects
• Collaborate with procurement, GRE functions (Real Estate, Delivery, Finance), EHS&S and IT to understand customer needs
• Develop project budgets, complete projects within budget and timing, and provide data and analyses to support funding requests

Required profile

• First-level university degree in engineering or architectural design, or equivalent experience
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in real estate fields such as construction design, project design, RE transactions or financial analysis
• Geographic scope typically limited to the APJ region, interacting with peers up to the Regional Director
