About the role

Iron Mountain, a provider of records and information management, digital transformation, data center, asset lifecycle and fine art storage solutions, is hiring a Record Center Specialist in Singapore. The role covers receiving, storing and dispatching boxes and documents in the record center, working alongside the team leader.

Key responsibilities

Retrieve boxes from the rack location and put them back in their designated rack location.
Perform stocktaking.
Receive incoming inbound goods and prepare outbound goods, handing them over to delivery drivers.
Prepare and check inbound and outbound boxes and documents.
Handle tasks in the loading and unloading area using forklifts and jack pallets.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Team Leader from time to time.

Required profile

Able to work at heights.
Flexible to work shifts and to move around within the facilities.
Physically fit with no medical history.
Forklift license is an added advantage.
