Recruiter – 360° Blue‑Collar Talent Acquisition

About the role

FastCo Asia is seeking a driven Recruiter to own the full 360° recruitment lifecycle for blue‑collar and industrial talent across Singapore and Malaysia. You will combine business development with hands‑on talent sourcing to build lasting client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective client companies through cold calling, networking and industry events.
• Negotiate terms, fee structures and service level agreements with new and existing clients.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates for short‑term and part‑time roles.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline to meet current and future client requirements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a 360° recruitment role with a proven billing record in blue‑collar/industrial verticals such as logistics, F&B, retail or manufacturing.
• Strong network in the Singapore market is a plus.
• Ability to handle large candidate pipelines, bulk screening and ATS automation.
• Resilient to high rejection rates and last‑minute candidate drop‑outs, with a focus on reliability over formal CVs.
