Recruiting Coordinator – 7-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our global talent acquisition team on a 7‑month fixed‑term basis. You will manage end‑to‑end interview logistics, ensure smooth candidate experiences, and help optimise recruitment processes across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage complex interview scheduling for standard, high‑volume, and executive‑level loops, including multi‑location and international panels.
• Navigate global logistics, proactively resolving time‑zone mismatches, visa or travel conflicts, and last‑minute interviewer changes.
• Draft and extend offer letters and new‑hire paperwork, maintaining data‑privacy compliance within the ATS.
• Partner with Recruiting Ops, HR, and IT to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements.
• Create and maintain SOPs, scheduling templates, and checklists to boost team efficiency.
• Support onboarding of fellow coordinators through training, shadowing, and best‑practice sharing.
• Coordinate marquee recruiting events such as career fairs and campus recruiting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive administration, or fast‑paced operations.
• Deep understanding of international hiring logistics and regional norms.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage high‑volume, shifting priorities independently.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and professional discretion when working with executives.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using virtual interview tools such as Google Calendar, GoodTime, and Zoom.
