Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Business Development team in Singapore. The role will assist the firm’s global talent acquisition efforts across corporate functions such as Risk, Operations, Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance and more.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate candidate data in the Salesforce ATS.
• Coordinate interview schedules, logistics and communication between candidates, hiring managers and external vendors.
• Post job openings on internal and external recruiting platforms.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including travel arrangements and pipeline tracking.
• Assist with onboarding tasks such as background checks and offer letters.
• Support campus recruitment events, orientation sessions, travel logistics and catering.
• Manage summer internship programming and related experience initiatives.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc recruiting projects for both lateral and campus hiring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum two years of recruitment coordination experience in financial services or a large corporate environment.
• At least two years of experience supporting recruitment in Singapore, familiar with TAFEP/MOM fair‑hiring practices.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume data entry and maintain detailed records.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
