Recruitment Business Development Executive

About the role

This role supports agency recruitment initiatives and partners closely with agency leaders to drive talent acquisition outcomes. It covers recruitment activities, onboarding, campaign coordination and operational support, giving early-career professionals exposure to field leaders, branch activities and recruitment projects. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with agency leaders on recruitment activities, onboarding and campaigns
• Advise on recruitment incentives, allowances, reimbursements and recruitment programs
• Support recruitment administration, candidate onboarding and issue resolution
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor recruitment KPIs
• Coordinate recruitment events, branch activities, leader briefings and agency engagement initiatives
• Help implement recruitment process improvements and system enhancements
• Work with internal stakeholders and provide on-site support during key campaigns and events

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, agency recruitment, talent acquisition, sales support or insurance distribution
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: experience in insurance, financial services or agency distribution, and experience supporting recruitment campaigns, events or onboarding

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools
• Familiarity with recruitment systems, CRM platforms or applicant tracking systems preferred
