About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and win new client accounts while deepening existing partnerships.
• Use advanced headhunting techniques to source, screen, and engage top‑tier talent.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from briefing and interviewing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Provide clients with data‑driven market intelligence on salary benchmarks and talent trends.
• Build and maintain a “gold standard” network of senior professionals and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, B2B sales, business development, or high‑level account management.
