Recruitment Consultant

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of clients, from start‑ups to global MNCs. You will receive direct mentorship from an experienced manager and collaborate with colleagues across regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle – business development, account management, candidate sourcing, interview preparation, and offer negotiation.
• Identify and acquire new client accounts while expanding existing relationships through exceptional service.
• Conduct client meetings with HR or hiring managers to understand hiring needs and share market trends.
• Source, interview, and assess candidates across multiple industries, negotiate salary packages and provide interview coaching.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, audit, or a related field.
• Proven teamwork and leadership abilities with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a talent for business development.
