About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to client support.
• Build and own robust pipelines of candidates and corporate clients.
• Close deals, meet and exceed sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
• Operate across multiple industries and hiring models, adapting quickly to market needs.
• Experiment with new approaches, test what works, and iterate rapidly.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or experienced candidates who are hungry for results.
• Sales‑driven, motivated by incentives and commissions.
• Independent, self‑motivated and comfortable working without constant supervision.
• Growth mindset – quick learner who adapts faster than the market.
• Confident, persuasive and comfortable closing deals.
