Recruitment Consultant / Researcher

About the role

Principle Partners is seeking motivated individuals to join its growing team as Recruitment Consultants and Researchers. In this role you will support the firm’s executive search mandates across financial services and emerging technology sectors, helping clients find top‑tier talent for front, middle, and back‑office positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage client business relationships.
• Act as a career counsellor and talent advisor, guiding candidates and clients through the recruiting journey.
• Execute searches for high‑profile companies, delivering tailored candidate shortlists.
• Map and deep‑dive into relevant industries and verticals to stay abreast of market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long‑lasting relationships.
• Passion for engaging with people and helping them succeed.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Open to fresh graduates; prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Commitment to training and professional development.
