About the role
Join Achieve Career Consultant as a Recruitment Intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting the talent acquisition team. This full‑time, temporary role lasts 3–6 months and offers a structured training programme.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in identifying and screening suitable candidates.
- Shortlist candidate profiles for recruiter review.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily recruitment activities.
- Support ad‑hoc projects and team initiatives as needed.
Required profile
- Degree students from any discipline.
- Enjoy meeting and communicating with people.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- No prior experience required; structured training and mentorship will be provided.
