Recruitment Officer

About the role

AIA Singapore is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Officer to join its talent acquisition team. This hybrid position blends on‑site collaboration with flexible work‑from‑home days, supporting the company’s mission to attract top talent across the island.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, update and publish accurate job descriptions aligned with business needs.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels, including career fairs and online platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct structured interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain recruitment records, manage talent pipelines and ensure compliance with AIA’s data‑privacy standards.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce requirements and advise on effective recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Experience in developing clear job descriptions and managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of local employment regulations and best practices in hiring.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is advantageous.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
