Regional Business Controller – Digital, Marketing & Communications

About the role

The Regional Business Controller (Digital, Marketing & Communications) will lead financial planning and performance for the region’s digital and marketing activities, ensuring sustainable growth and optimal budget utilisation. Reporting to the Regional Brand Controller in Singapore, you will act as a strategic partner across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and KPI setting for Regional Digital (E‑commerce), Marketing and Communications.
• Allocate and optimise omni‑channel marketing spend to maximise online conversion, traffic and ROI while balancing brand and commercial goals.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders in Marketing, Communications, E‑commerce, Merchandising and Customer Intelligence to align strategies and financial targets.
• Maintain strong financial governance, compliance and provide data‑driven insights, KPI analysis and recommendations.
• Lead and develop the regional E‑commerce controlling team, enhancing financial acumen, tools and collaborative ways of working.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and performance drivers in digital and marketing functions.
• Ability to translate data and trends into actionable growth and profitability strategies.
• Proven partnership and influencing skills with senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and deliver clear recommendations.
• Commitment to financial compliance, accuracy and consistency.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and capability‑building experience within a regional, cross‑market team.
