Regional Business Controller – SEA Oceania

About the role

Fresh, a global beauty brand within the LVMH group, is seeking a Regional Business Controller for the Southeast Asia and Oceania markets. The role will oversee commercial finance and the full suite of FP&A activities across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia, reporting directly to the Regional Brand General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and drive monthly business reviews, including industry and market trend analysis.
• Conduct SWOT, scenario, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with regional and country business units on ROI analysis, inventory and incentive reviews, and control of A&P and trade spend.
• Produce monthly financial results, rolling forecasts, and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Provide financial insights and collaborate with commercial teams to optimize growth within resource constraints.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and lead cross‑functional projects critical to regional success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A business partnering with a strong regional consolidation and reporting background.
• Demonstrated ability to steward commercial finance functions across multiple countries.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a track record of delivering actionable financial insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
