Regional Commercial Executive – Asia Pacific (Fragrance)

About the role

The Regional Commercial Executive will act as the key liaison between the Regional Brand Director, operational marketing teams, and market‑level sales functions across Asia Pacific. You will ensure smooth order processing, shipment, stock quota management and pricing coordination for fragrance brands.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate customer orders, ensuring correct quantities, references and pricing.
• Monitor order fill‑rate, manage stock quotas and recommend substitutes for out‑of‑stock items.
• Transmit validated orders to Customer Service, track invoicing and follow up on back‑orders.
• Maintain master order tracking files and support customers with credit‑note issues.
• Set up new customer accounts and manage forecast submissions in SAP.
• Analyse order volumes against budgets, assess forecast risk and track quota consumption.
• Prepare, review and upload pricing templates in SAP, ensuring compliance with BPI price policy.
• Consolidate monthly sales reports and verify market data accuracy.
• Coordinate shipment of lab samples, PR kits, marketing tools and product registrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales coordination, administration or a similar commercial role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a confident, approachable demeanor.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for order and pricing management.
