Regional Finance Director – AMENA

About the role

The Regional Finance Director for AMENA will lead the financial function across Asia, Japan, Europe and the Middle‑East/North Africa region, acting as a key business partner to the President and Group CFO. This senior position is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, control and administer all financial activities for the AMENA region.
• Provide financial assessments, reporting, planning and forecasting to senior leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, FP&A, and P&L analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate economic research, feasibility studies and evaluate investment proposals, acquisitions and mergers.
• Ensure accounting policies, controls and financial systems are implemented consistently across the region.
• Collaborate with Country/Cluster Managers and functional leads to meet short‑ and long‑term financial goals.
• Guide senior controllership on taxation, credit policy and cash management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance leadership, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior executives to drive business performance.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams across multiple countries.
• Excellent analytical and commercial insight with a results‑oriented mindset.
