Regional HR Assistant Manager

About the role

The Regional HR Assistant Manager supports the Senior Manager, Human Capital Management in driving HR initiatives across subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and Oceania. The role focuses on operational excellence, data governance, and the delivery of talent development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly regional HR focal point meetings, manage agendas, logistics and documentation.
• Maintain regional HR communication channels and contact databases.
• Provide high‑level administrative and project support, including complex scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead consolidation, validation and reporting of regional HR data such as headcount, org structures and key metrics.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports and presentations for senior management.
• Draft compensation and benefits initiatives, benchmark salary structures (focus on Singapore) and support reward strategy reviews.
• Lead regional HR initiatives aligned with the HCM strategic roadmap and manage talent development and training programmes.

Required profile

• Proactive, analytical HR professional with strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in regional HR operations, data analytics and project management.
