Regional Key Account Manager – APAC

About the role

The APAC Regional Key Account Manager will lead the execution of DSV Group’s Commercial Enterprise Account growth plan across the region. This role combines strategic sales leadership with deep customer engagement to deliver end‑to‑end, value‑added logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with global sales policies, processes and guidelines for the assigned global account.
• Drive growth by coordinating sales and product functions, strengthening relationships with regional and country decision‑makers.
• Communicate the account growth plan across all countries, lead execution personally or through the Key Account Management team.
• Participate in yearly, quarterly and monthly review meetings with Global Account Directors, monitor pipeline, performance and corrective actions.
• Manage opportunity lifecycle in CRM, including early entry of sales cycles, volume forecasting and flagging.
• Support tender management, pre‑RFQ strategy, post‑bid analysis and hand‑over to implementation teams.
• Share market intelligence, best practices and ensure transparent collaboration across sales, product and implementation functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large, enterprise‑level accounts within the logistics or transport sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior decision‑makers across multiple countries.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account growth plans.
• Excellent analytical skills to review pipelines, trade lane performance and implement corrective actions.
• Effective communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
