About the role
As the Regional Key Account Manager for the Beauty Cluster, you will drive growth for top global beauty brands across Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Brazil. This hybrid role blends strategic consulting, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder orchestration to translate data into actionable boardroom strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional growth OKRs for a high‑priority beauty portfolio, defining roadmaps for GMV expansion and innovation.
- Synthesise large market data sets into clear narratives that inform strategic decisions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between global brand decision‑makers and Shopee’s local commercial teams.
- Lead senior‑level strategic conversations, retain key accounts, and identify expansion or pilot opportunities.
- Negotiate Joint Business Plans that balance Shopee’s interests with long‑term brand sustainability.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in regional commercial or strategic roles (e.g., account management, brand consulting) within high‑growth environments.
- Meticulous analytical mindset with the ability to handle large data volumes quickly.
- Proven capability to influence without authority and navigate complex partnership dynamics.
- Growth‑oriented, resilient attitude capable of solving intricate business and people challenges.
