Regional Key Account Manager – SEA AI Data Center

About the role

The Regional Key Account Manager will lead Delta's AI Data Center business across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. You will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering integrated power, thermal and infrastructure solutions for hyperscalers and colocation operators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned AI Data Center and strategic accounts throughout SEA.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in data‑center operations, IT, engineering, procurement and senior management.
• Serve as the primary commercial interface between key accounts and Delta’s internal business groups.
• Lead tenders, RFQs, pricing and contract negotiations for assigned accounts.
• Drive the full sales lifecycle, aligning Delta’s and the client’s business strategies.
• Identify and develop opportunities in power solutions, energy‑efficient cooling and rack/system‑level infrastructure.
• Collaborate with local and business‑group teams to translate AI workload requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support large‑scale AI Data Center projects from design‑in through deployment and expansion.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic accounts in the SEA region.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to uncover upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Deep understanding of stakeholder ecosystems within data‑center organizations.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a track record of long‑term client satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive complex sales cycles.
