Regional Key Account Manager – Southeast Asia

About the role

The Regional Key Account Manager will lead strategic retail partnerships across Southeast Asia, driving growth for a leading consumer‑goods client. You will own the end‑to‑end commercial relationship with key retailers, distributors and travel‑retail customers, ensuring profitable expansion in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional key‑account strategies for Southeast Asia.
• Manage relationships with strategic retail partners, distributors and travel‑retail customers.
• Lead annual business planning, commercial negotiations and joint business plans.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance and Supply Chain to execute commercial initiatives.
• Drive product launches, promotional activities and in‑store excellence across the region.
• Monitor account profitability, forecast sales and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of Key Account Management or Commercial experience in FMCG, Beauty, Luxury or related consumer‑goods sectors.
• Regional experience in Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of sales growth and successful negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in sales planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, regional environment.
