Regional Manager – Asia Pacific

About the role

The Regional Manager, Asia Pacific will lead sales growth and market expansion for construction and mining machinery across the region. Based in Singapore, you will oversee sales, after‑sales service and parts teams while travelling extensively throughout Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Asia Pacific sales strategy to meet revenue, margin and market‑share targets.
• Lead and manage multi‑country sales teams, ensuring pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting and country‑level execution.
• Drive direct sales, key‑account development, tender opportunities and contract negotiations in the construction and mining sectors.
• Build and strengthen dealer, distributor and partner networks to expand market coverage.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform business planning.
• Lead Singapore‑based after‑sales service and parts teams to grow service revenue, parts sales and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at customer visits, dealer meetings, exhibitions and regional business reviews.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 12 years of sales or commercial leadership experience, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial equipment.
• Proven experience managing regional sales teams across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and expanding markets.
• Good understanding of after‑sales service and parts operations.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are advantageous.
• Based in Singapore with willingness to travel extensively across the region.
