Regional Solution Advisor – AI

About the role

SAP is looking for a Regional Solution Advisor focused on AI to drive the adoption of SAP Business AI, Business Data Cloud and Business Technology Platform across APAC. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, partners and internal teams, shaping strategy and execution to achieve non‑linear growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a regional strategy to accelerate SAP Business AI growth in APAC.
• Lead demand generation, deal progression and adoption initiatives with market unit teams.
• Define engagement methodologies and act as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders.
• Support executive advisory boards, workshops and high‑profile customer events.
• Provide sales and deal support, including account planning and strategic deal progression.
• Enable internal teams and ecosystem partners by sharing best practices across markets.
• Deliver structured feedback to global leadership to align focus on APAC.

Required profile

• Proven advisory or strategic planning experience in complex enterprise or technology environments.
• Ability to translate organizational priorities into actionable programs and guide teams through ambiguity.
• Exceptional executive‑level communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
