Regional Supply Chain Excellence Senior Analyst (Infectious Diseases)

About the role

Abbott is hiring a Regional Supply Chain Excellence Senior Analyst (Infectious Diseases) based in Singapore. The role covers finished goods supply planning through to order fulfilment for the APAC region, aiming to deliver on-time, full shipments to APAC affiliates and distribution markets. It supports sales with timely new product launches and assists the Supply Chain Director in overseeing daily supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own APAC supply chain KPIs and consolidate and report them, driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Lead order fulfilment and supply planning, including block resolution, allocation dates, transport planning and distribution market planning
• Respond to operational escalations from commercial and supply teams and lead weekly order fulfilment meetings with global planning and customer service teams
• Manage inter-country supply allocation, supply constraints and supply disruption escalation paths, and coordinate cross-country supply risk and crisis response
• Define the regional automation roadmap (WMS, TMS, demand planning), standardise technology platforms and data frameworks, and lead digital supply chain transformation
• Support inventory strategy reviews, maintain target safety stock levels and optimise working capital
• Develop and roll out standard reports, manage planning exceptions and tender timelines, and act as subject matter expert for new supply chain systems, providing training

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, demand forecasting, supply planning and order fulfilment in a regional capacity
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field, or relevant business experience
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Preferred: healthcare industry experience in a regional oversight capacity, APICS or other industry certification

• Advanced stock control: MRP, ABC analysis, inventory risk matrix, seasonal stock management, cycle counting
• S&OP, capacity requirements planning, master scheduling and MRP
• Strong IT skills with Excel and Power BI
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder influence
