Registered Architect (Associate) – Mixed Development Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Architect (Associate) to lead mixed‑development, building and residential projects across Singapore. You will provide technical leadership, governance and support for work‑winning, design and multidisciplinary delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Front‑run mixed‑development projects and act as the primary technical authority.
• Provide governance and oversight to ensure design quality and compliance.
• Support business development and work‑winning activities.
• Manage project budgets, risks and timelines while balancing client and internal expectations.
• Align client requirements with technical execution and team performance.

Required profile

• Board of Architects (BOA) registration in Singapore.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of senior‑level experience in an engineering consultancy or design/architectural practice.
