Regulatory Compliance Senior Officer

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Senior Officer in Singapore. The officer ensures the bank adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and other workstreams, covering compliance operations, regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, policy reviews and support of the bank's overall Singapore compliance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track compliance with regulatory requirements, banking laws, standards and best practices, keeping records of compliance activities and escalating non-compliance issues promptly.
• Review compliance processes periodically to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare, review and submit accurate regulatory reports on time, liaising with internal stakeholders on data accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct periodic reviews of the compliance monitoring program, report findings and recommend corrective actions; carry out ongoing surveillance of the bank's activities.
• Support regulatory liaison matters (e.g. SDIC).
• Assist in updating compliance policies and procedures to reflect current regulatory and Head Office requirements.
• Support other workstreams such as operational risk, business continuity management and third-party management, plus ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Audit or Regulatory Compliance.
